Order Processing & Fulfillment Timeline
After your payment is fully confirmed, we will process your wholesale order within 1 to 3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and official public holidays. Once your parcel is dispatched from our facility, delivery will be completed within 5 to 7 business days. Delivery timeline estimates are guidance only; we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and will not be liable for delays caused by carrier events, weather disruptions, customs inspection, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
Shipping Cost
We provide free shipping for all orders on our website. There is no additional shipping charge applied at checkout. We only use one courier delivery mode for all shipments. All shipping arrangements are managed by our designated shipping partner.
Order Quantity & Inventory
Each SKU has enforced maximum purchase quantity limits. The maximum quantity per single SKU per order ranges between 30 and 50 units. Inventory levels for each product are set between 500 and 1500 units. Once inventory is exhausted, the product will be marked out of stock automatically. We reserve the right to adjust inventory limits and maximum purchase quantities at any time without prior notice.
Delivery Responsibility
The shipping carrier will deliver packages to the shipping address you provide during checkout. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your shipping address. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered parcels caused by incorrect address information entered by the buyer.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, you must notify our support team immediately and retain photos of the outer packaging and damaged merchandise for inspection.
