Wholesale Purchase & Minimum Order Quantity
All products listed on our site are for B2B wholesale purchase only. Minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies to all items. Orders cannot be confirmed if the quantity is below the required MOQ. Product images are for reference only; minor differences in handmade decorations may exist.
Sanctions and Export Control Statement
Buyer warrants that neither the buyer, buyer’s affiliates, nor end-users of our products are listed on any US sanctions lists. Buyer agrees not to resell, re-export or transfer our products to individuals, entities or jurisdictions subject to United States sanctions. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order if we suspect violations of US sanctions and export control regulations.

Our stage costumes can only be used for lawful performance, rental and retail business. You are prohibited to use our products for illegal, fraudulent, infringing or harmful activities.

All intellectual property rights on dresseclat.com including website design, text, product photos, product descriptions and costume design sketches belong to ROYAL WAVE INC. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce or redistribute our website content without our written authorization.
Order and Liability
We will arrange shipment according to agreed timeline, but we are not liable for delays caused by logistics disruptions or force majeure events. We will notify buyers promptly for major order delays. Our total liability for any order issue is limited to the total value of the costumes you purchased. We shall not be responsible for indirect damages, lost profits or rental business income loss.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with false information, suspected fraud or out-of-stock items. We may update these Terms periodically. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
