This Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to all wholesale costume orders purchased on our website. By submitting an order, you accept all terms of this return and exchange policy.
Eligibility & Time Limit
You may apply for free return and exchange within 60 calendar days after you receive your wholesale shipment. All return requests must be submitted by email to [email protected] to obtain a formal return authorization number before sending any goods back. Returns shipped without pre-approved authorization will be rejected and returned to the sender at the buyer’s expense.
Return Address
We will provide you with the designated return address once your return authorization request is approved. No returns may be sent to alternative warehouses or third-party locations without our prior written confirmation.
Return Condition & Inspection
All returned performance costumes must remain unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging intact, and in fully resalable wholesale condition. We will conduct full inspection after receiving returned goods. If returned items show signs of wear, stains, modification, missing tags or damage caused by the buyer, we reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange.
Return Cost
Return shipping cost for eligible returns is covered under this policy. Additional customs, duty or cross-border fees generated during return transit shall be defined separately per your return application.
Refund, Cancellation & Partial Refund
Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is unavailable and you must complete the return process after delivery.
Partial Refund: If only part of your order is defective or returned, partial refund will be issued for the eligible items only.
Defective or Wrong Item: If we ship incorrect products, or items arrive with manufacturing defects, we will cover the full return process and issue full refund or exchange after inspection.
Refund Processing: After we receive and approve your returned goods, we will initiate refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Refund arrival time depends on your payment provider.
