We support multiple secure payment methods for wholesale transactions. Once you receive and confirm your formal quotation, we will send complete payment instructions to your registered email. Order processing, packing and shipment will not commence until we receive verified payment.
For large volume bulk orders, we may accept deposit arrangements upon mutual written agreement. A deposit will be collected to reserve inventory and start order preparation, and the remaining balance must be fully settled before shipment release. Final pricing is determined by confirmed product selection, total quantity and agreed order terms. Any price modification requires written confirmation from both parties before payment.
Buyers must verify all payment account details before transfer. ROYAL WAVE INC shall not be liable for payment delays, extra bank charges or transfer failures caused by incorrect buyer-provided account information. All bank transfer fees incurred during payment shall be borne by the buyer. After completing payment, please retain your payment receipt and send a copy to contact@dresseclat.com for payment validation.
No automatic refund will be issued unless the situation satisfies our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Any payment dispute must be submitted together with your order number and valid payment proof. All payment related disputes will be reviewed by our support team.
